      基于眼动跟踪技术的界面可用性评估

      Interface usability evaluation based on eye-tracking technology

      摘要:
      为解决因界面而造成的整体系统效率低下的问题,以认知学为理论基础,提出将眼动跟踪技术运用于界面可用性检测.首先讨论了眼动跟踪设备的优势与技术原理,然后以德国汉堡城市轻轨U4线站台界面的交互设计为例,描述眼动跟踪实验的流程.最后从眼动路径、热度、信息量、任务用时和注视频率等方面对新旧界面进行实验,以定量实验方法评估新旧界面的优劣.实验结果分析比较表明:新界面的各项实验检测数据都明显优于旧界面,更符合用户的需求和认知习惯;同时,眼动跟踪实验的可靠性高,数据结果比较精确,适合进一步推广应用,并为后续航电系统界面设计研究工作提供了一种有效的评估方法.
      Abstract:
      In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of the whole system caused by the interface,the eye-movement track technology is employed in the usability check of the interface based on the cognitive science.First,the advantages and principles of the eye-movement track technology are expounded.Then the process of the eye-movement track test is described,taking the interaction design of Hamburg U4 Light Rail Transit Platform as an example.Finally,using the quantitative method,the new and old interfaces are tested in eye-movement path,heat degree,information quantity,task-time and watching frequency to estimate the advantages and disadvantages.The test proves that all the data of the new interface are superior to that of the old one and therefore the new interface meets the need of users and their cognitive habits much better.Due to its high reliability and accuracy,the eye-movement track technology is worth applying and popularizing,which may provide an efficient estimation for the design of the interface of future avionic systems.
