      综合传动油液金属磨粒在线监测传感器研究

      Study on on-line monitoring wear debris sensor of power shift-steering transmission

      摘要:
      针对目前履带装甲车辆无法实时监测润滑油中的金属磨粒,不能有效实现履带装甲车辆的故障预警与诊断的问题,建立了新的电感式磨粒传感器数学模型.通过仿真分析获得了不同参数对传感器性能的影响规律,据此进一步优化了传感器设计参数.优化匹配了激励线圈频率与电容,并开发了传感器样件,先后进行了无油液金属磨粒监测试验与台架油液磨粒在线监测试验.试验结果表明:与国内同类传感器相比,该传感器可以在润滑油流量为5~40 L/min的工况下,将铁磁性磨粒检测精度从200 μm提升至80~90 μm,从而可实现履带装甲车辆故障预警与诊断.
      Abstract:
      In order to solve the problem that wear debris of tracked armored vehicles in lubricant oil cannot be detected effectively and early fault alert and fault diagnosis cannot be realized, a mathematical model of wear debris sensor was established.The influence of different parameters on property of sensor is obtained by simulation analysis and the sensor design parameters were optimized.Furthermore, sensor prototype was designed by matching the excitation frequency and capacitance.Wear debris detection test without oil and with oil were further conducted.The test results show that comparing to other sensors made in China, when the oil flow rate changes from 5 L/min to 40 L/min, the detect precision of ferromagnetic wear debris increases from 200 μm to 80~90 μm and early fault alert and fault diagnosis of tracked armored vehicles can be realized.
