      单元式辐射空调无动力新风系统的应用研究

      Study on application of unpowered fresh air system of unit radiation air conditioning

      摘要:
      为了降低辐射空调系统的运行成本以及简化其结构,将辐射部分和新风部分结合起来,形成单元式辐射空调无动力新风系统,并对系统的性能进行研究.该系统主机采用735 W(1匹)冷暖机,末端为水平布置的顶板式辐射板和与顶板辐射板串联竖直布置的自然对流新风装置.结果表明:该系统在满足辐射空调各项功能的基础上,实现了无动力新风,夏季和冬季新风量分别可以达到115~130 m3/h和85~114 m3/h,人体活动区域的风速小于0.15 m/s,同时可以降低新风的温度和湿度及对新风中的细颗粒物进行一定程度的过滤.该系统结构简单,运行成本低,适用于南方夏季时间长、气候炎热潮湿情况下的2人间办公室或卧室.
      Abstract:
      In order to reduce the operating costs of radiation air conditioning systems and to simplify its structure, part of radiating components and fresh air parts was combined to form a unitary radiant air-conditioning unpowered fresh air system, and the performance of the system was studied.The system was made up outdoor machine of 735 W (1 HP), the terminal of horizontal ceiling radiant panel and vertical natural convection fresh air device connecting with ceiling radiant panel.The results indicate that the system achieves unpowered fresh air on the basis of functions of radiation air conditioning and generates 115~130 m3/h and 85~114 m3/h fresh air volume in summer and winter respectively.The wind speed of human activity area was less than 0.15 m/s and it could reduce the fresh air temperature and humidity and filtered fine particles in fresh air to some degree at same time.The system is simple in structure and low in operating cost, and is suitable for the two-person office or bedroom in the south where the summer is long and the climate is hot and humid.
