      艾奇逊石墨化炉配电功率自动控制系统研究

      Study on power automatic control for Acheson graphitization furnace

      摘要:
      针对国内艾奇逊石墨化炉生产过程的配电功率控制仍然采用自动化水平低的手动调节方式这一现状,设计研究了一种石墨化炉配电功率自动控制系统.该系统以工业控制计算机作为控制主机,易控(INSPEC)组态软件作为开发平台,使用阿尔泰公司PCI8620多功能接口卡采集石墨化炉控制系统的模拟量和开关量信号,根据设定的配电功率曲线自动完成石墨化炉实际配电过程.控制系统能自动完成所有工艺参数的输入,实现参数的实时采集、处理、存盘、提取、显示、报表生成,以及故障自检测报警等功能.系统在重庆某企业锂离子电池负极材料石墨化生产线的运行效果表明,系统操作方便,性能可靠,界面友好,能满足企业工艺要求,可有效降低电耗,提高石墨产品质量,具有显著的工程应用价值.
      Abstract:
      Since the power control of Acheson graphitization furnace is still remaining manual regulation, a new power control system for graphitization furnace control is developed.The system is contained by INSPEC configuration software and an IPC as the control host.The system`s analog and switch signals are collected by a PCI8620 multi-function interface card of Altai.So the graphitizing furnace distributing power can be automatically controlled according to the power control curve set in advance.All process parameters can be input into the system which with automatic fault alarm.Those parameters can be collected, managed, saved, extracted, displayed and graphed.The system has been applied in an enterprise of graphitization production line of lithium-ion-battery-cathode material in Chongqing.And the operating effects show that the system is stable and easy to operate with friendly interface.The system effectively reduces power consumption and improves the quality of graphite products while meets fully the demand of business process with significant engineering application value.
