      基于乘客效益最优的BRT客流均衡模型

      A BRT traffic equilibrium model based on the optimal passengers' benefits

      摘要:
      针对BRT通道内乘客优化引导问题,文中从BRT快速通道内的乘客需求特性角度出发,根据乘客起讫点(OD)需求与快速通道的线路特点对乘客进行分类,考虑影响在站乘客总效益的各个出行成本(乘车时间成本、延误等待成本和拥挤成本),采用客流分配的方法对到站线路车辆分配不同类型的乘客,并对不同类型的乘客需求采用不同的分配原则,在此基础上建立基于乘客效益最大化的BRT均衡配流模型,并通过设计改进的遗传优化算法对模型进行求解.算例分析表明,该模型可以在满足乘客总效益最优的情况下得到各条线路的乘客分配方案.与不使用该方案相比,算例乘客出行总成本减少162.3元,成本减少17.68%,证明了文中模型的有效性和实用性.
      Abstract:
      In order to study the optimization of passenger guide in BRT channels, the passengers were classified into two types according to their OD demand and the characteristics of BRT line.Considering the travel costs, including journey time cost, waiting time cost and congestion costs, which influence the passengers` total benefits, the method to distribute different types of passengers to different vehicles was used, and different distribution principle was adopted according to passengers` demands.Based on the optimal passengers` benefits, a BRT equilibrium assignment model was established.Then a genetic optimization algorithm was designed to solve the equilibrium model.The numerical analysis shows that the proposed model is able to obtain the optimal scheme of the assignment for the best benefits of passengers.Compared with other assignment schemes, the total travel cost of passengers is reduced by 162.3 min or 17.68%, which proves the validity and practicability.
