      基于小波变换的车窗防夹系统电流降噪与特性分析

      Study on current de-noising and character analysis based on wavelet transform for anti-pinch window system

      摘要:
      由于汽车防夹车窗在运行过程中受到外界干扰,使得电机电流信号中存在诸多谐波分量,导致系统难以从中分辨出有用信息.利用小波对信号时频处理的特点,提出了车窗防夹系统电流的小波变换.在Matlab/Simulink环境下进行系统建模,将采集的电流信号进行多分辨率分析.具有3阶消失矩的db3小波函数对干扰电流进行分解,进而对信号降噪及重构.采用正交性较好的db1小波函数对含有障碍物阶跃信号的电流进行小波变换,仿真结果表明:细节图能直观地识别出电流信号中障碍物信息特征,为车窗防夹系统的改进提供了一种新的研究方法.
      Abstract:
      With the operation of anti-pinch window, motor current contains a mass of harmonics due to external disturbances.It is difficult to distinguish useful information for control systems.In this paper, Discrete Wavelet Transform is used to describe the current signal by taking its time-frequency analysis advantages.The collected currents obtained from the simulation based on Matlab/Simulink are analyzed by spectrum zoom.Disturbance current is decomposed through db3 wavelet function with 3-vanishing moments to filter noise and reconstruct signal.The current containing step signal of obstacles is transformed by db1 wavelet transform that has excellent orthogonality.The simulation results show that the detail diagram can intuitivelyidentify the information feature of obstacle in current signals.The presented method provides a new way to improve anti-pinch window system.
