      平面变栅距光栅实像像散研究

      Study on astigmatism of real image from varied-space plane grating

      摘要:
      为了探究平面变栅距光栅对物体成像时的像散情况,以自制光栅进行实验,研究物光经光栅衍射成像时子午像距和弧矢像距随入射角的变化关系,具体研究了7片中心栅距相同、栅距变化不同的平面弧线型光栅的像散情况,并进行了理论分析.实验结果与理论分析表明,在波长、物距一定的情况下,成像时子午像距几乎不受栅距与入射角变化的影响;弧矢像距随入射角的改变呈准抛物线状变化,且随栅距分布式系数B的增大而减小;系数B是平面弧线形变栅距光栅消像散成像条件中的关键因素.研究结果可为获得平面弧线型光栅对物体形成的消像散像提供依据.
      Abstract:
      To study the astigmatism of varied-space plane grating when imaging for an object, self-made gratings were used to research the relationships between the variations of meridionaland sagittal image distances and incidence angle after diffraction from object wave in experiment.The astigmatisms of seven pieces of arc plane gratings with same center line space and different line spacing change were experimentally studied and theoretically analyzed.The results showed thatwhen the wavelength and object distance were kept constants, the meridian image distances were hardly influenced by various line space and incidence angle, while sagittal image distances changed quasi parabolically with different incidence angles r, and it decreased with the increase of B, which is a coefficient related the line spacing distribution The coefficient B is a key factor to realize no astigmatism image when imaging an object from an arc varied-space plane grating.The study provides the basis for the no astigmatism imaging of an object by using the arc plane gratings.
