      逆向物流供应商的二元语义多属性群决策

      Two-tuple linguistic multi-attribute group decision for selection of reverse logistical suppliers

      为企业选择最佳的逆向物流供应商以降低运营成本,提高企业竞争力,建议采用二元语义多属性群决策法进行决策.将所有评价指标的语言评价值转化为二元语义,通过最小化决策群对评价指标判断的偏差为各评价指标赋权,运用二元语义混合有序加权平均以得到备选方案的最终评价值,根据备选方案最终评价值的大小选择最优供应商.通过设计具体算例与直觉模糊多属性群决策法比较发现:基于二元语义多属性群决策法不仅减少了主观偏好评价的影响,而且评价结论更加精细.
      Abstract:
      In this paper, a two-tuple linguistic multi-attribute group decision method is proposed for the enterprises to select the optimal one from several reverse logistical suppliers, in order to reduce the operation costs and enhance the competiveness.Firstly, all the linguistic evaluations are transformed into 2-tuple linguistic values, and then each evaluation index is weighted by minimizing the distance of the decision group deviating from its evaluation index.The final evaluation values of alternative choices by applying 2-tuple hybrid ordered weighted averaging operator, and at last the optimal supplier is selected according to the final evaluation values of candidates.By a specific numerical example, the 2-tuple linguistic multi-attribute group decision-making method is compared with the fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making method.It is evidenced that the former method is not only to reduce the defect of subjective evaluation, but also to improve the accuracy of evaluation results.
