      随机需求下考虑多目标的空箱调运研究

      Empty containers dispatching optimization with multi-objective based on random demand

      摘要:
      针对空箱调运过程中的空箱需求量的不确定性,建立含有概率约束规划下的空箱调运模型,将概率约束规划转化为确定性整数规划进行求解.考虑堆场空箱准备量满足随机客户需求的程度所引起的公司信誉成本和调运成本,将两者的加权和作为决策目标函数的多目标调运方案.满足随机客户需求的程度记成服务水平,算例表明:随着服务水平提高,公司的信誉损失下降,调运成本上升,公司决策的总成本下降.当服务水平达到某一临界点,再提高服务水平时,决策的总成本反而上升,说明考虑了多目标的空箱调运优化将为班轮公司调运提供依据.
      Abstract:
      Aiming at the uncertainty of the demand of empty containers transportation, this paper establishes an empty container allocation model under chance-constrained programming, which transforms chance-constrained programming into integer programming for solving problem.Considering both the company`s credit cost and the transporting cost brought by stochastic customer demand of empty container, a multi-objective dispatching scheme that uses the weighted sum of the two costs as decision objective function is presented, in which the degree of meeting the requirements of stochastic customers is as service level.The given numerical analysis shows that, with the improvement of service level, the company`s credit losses decrease, the transport cost rises, and the total cost descends.When the service level reaches a critical point, the improvement of service level causes the rise of total cost of decision.It can be found that the multi-objective optimization for empty container transportation can be the basis for shipping companies.
