      响应面法优化竹原纤维氧化工艺

      Optimum conditions for natural bamboo fiber oxidation by response surface method

      利用NaIO4氧化竹原纤维,并在单因素实验的基础上,利用响应面法优化竹原纤维的氧化条件,对竹原纤维的氧化工艺进行系统的考察;利用傅里叶红外光谱验证醛基的生成。结果表明:竹原纤维氧化的最优工艺条件为反应时间4 h,反应温度41℃,NaIO4质量浓度64 g/L,pH=2?85。在此条件下,氧化竹原纤维的醛基含量为2?478 mmol/g,回收率为87?59%,与响应面优化的理论值相接近。
      Abstract:
      Natural bamboo fiber was oxidized by NaIO4 , and the oxidation conditions of natural bamboo fiber were optimized by response surface method on the basis of single?factor experiments. The oxidation process of natural bamboo fiber was explored systematically and the aldehyde groups were proved by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FT?IR) . Results showed that the optimum conditions of natural bamboo fiber oxidation were: reaction time of 4 h, reaction temperature of 41 ℃, sodium periodate concentration of 64 g/L, and pH value of 2?85. The aldehyde content of oxydic natural bamboo fiber was 2?478 mmol/g with its recovery rate of 87?59%, which was close to the theoretical value from response surface method.
