      多官能UV固化松香醇基聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的合成

      Synthesis of multifunctional UV-curable rosin alcohol-based polyurethane acrylate

      摘要:
      以饱和松香三元醇为原料合成的松香醇基端羟基聚酯(RAPE)、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)为原料,通过本体聚合法,两步反应合成新型九官能的松香醇基聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(RAPUA),采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对其结构进行表征,结果表明得到目标产物.研究反应温度、催化剂用量、阻聚剂用量等对合成RAPUA的影响,考察固化涂膜的铅笔硬度、附着力、耐冲击性、耐候性等性能.通过实验确定了最佳的合成工艺条件:第1步反应温度55℃、催化剂用量0.6%、反应时间2.5 h;第2步反应温度75℃、催化剂用量0.8%、反应时间3 h、阻聚剂用量为体系总质量的0.3%.在此工艺条件下,涂膜的铅笔硬度达6H、附着力达1级、耐冲击性达48cm、耐候性优良.
      Abstract:
      The new nine-functional rosin alcohol-based polyurethane acrylate (RAPUA) was synthesized from two-step reaction by bulk polymerization with rosin alcohol-based polyester synthesized from the saturated rosin trihydric alcohol,isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI),and pentaerythritol three acrylate (PETA).The obtained target product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) for its structure.The effects of reaction temperature,catalyst amount and polymerization inhibitor amount on the synthesis of RAPUA were discussed.The coating properties of RAPUA,such as pencil hardness,adhesive force,impact resistance,and weatherability were investigated.The optimal synthetic conditions for the title compound were the first step reaction temperature of 55℃,catalyst amount of 0.6%,and reaction time of 2.5 h and the second step reaction temperature of 75℃,catalyst amount of 0.8%,reaction time of 3 h,and polymerization inhibitor amount of 0.3%.Under the optimal conditions,the pencil hardness of RAPUA film was 6H,adhesion grade was 1,and impact index was 48cm.The RAPUA film had a good weatherability.
