      阿利特-硫铝酸盐水泥熟料的气固反应制备及水化性能

      Hydration properties of alite-ye'elimite cement clinker prepared by gas-solid reaction

      摘要:
      采用气固反应法制备了阿利特-硫铝酸盐体系水泥熟料.利用X线衍射仪(XRD)、水化量热仪、压汞法(MIP)等技术分析了SO2气体流量和煅烧温度对水泥熟料矿物组成的影响,以及该体系的水化性能和浆体结构.结果表明:硅酸盐水泥熟料中可引入3CaO·3Al2O3·CaSO4(C4A3$)矿物,实现3CaO·SiO2(C3S)和C4A3$的共存.在SO2流量为40mL/min、温度为1250℃条件下处理硅酸盐水泥熟料30 min可制备C3S含量52.61%和C4A3$含量2.13%共存的阿利特-硫铝酸盐体系水泥熟料.阿利特-硫铝酸盐体系水泥由于C4A3$的存在,凝结时间和水化诱导期较硅酸盐水泥短,早期的孔隙率和早期强度均优于硅酸盐水泥.
      Abstract:
      Method of gas-solid reaction was selected to prepare alite-ye'elimite cement clinker.X-ray diffraction (XRD),isothermal calorimetry and mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP) were used to study the influence of SO2 and temperature on phase composition of clinker,hydration performance and structure of the cement.Results showed that 3CaO·3Al2O3·CaSO4(C4A3$) could be introduced into Portland cement clinker to realize the coexistence of C4A3$ and alite.52.61% 3CaO·SiO2 (C3S) coexisted with 2.13% C4A3$ in alite-ye'elimite clinker could be obtained with 40mL/min SO2 gas flow at 1250℃ for 30 min.As the existence of C4A3$,the induction period of hydration and setting time for alite-ye'elimite cement was shorter than that for Portland cement,and the total porosity and the strength of alite-ye'elimite cementim proved greatly compared with Portland cement at the early age.
