      高温异型热管启动性能实验研究

      Experimental study on start-up characteristics of a high temperature special-shaped heat pipe

      将热管技术集成到反应器中,开发了一种太阳能高温热化学耦合相变反应器(STPCR).该反应器的核心部件为由热板和多根热管耦合而成的高温异型热管(HTSSHP).针对反应器实际运行时的特点,初步考察了高温异型热管在不同起始温度和倾角下的启动性能.实验结果表明,起始温度的变化对启动性能的影响可以忽略;0°、15°、30°和45°倾角下高温异型热均能成功启动,但热板段和热管段呈现不同的规律,热板段垂直放置时启动性能最好,而热管段15°倾角下最佳.证明了高温异型管结构合理,可应用于太阳能系统中.
      Abstract:
      A solar thermochemical coupling phase change reactor (STPCR) integrated with heat pipe technology was presented.The core part of the reactor was a high temperatures special-shaped heat pipe (HTSSHP) which was composed of a flat heat pipe in disk-shape and multiple cylindrical heat pipes.The start-up characteristics of HTSSHP prototype was primarily tested at different initial temperatures and various inclination angles.Results showed that the influence of initial temperature on the start-up characteristics could be almost neglected.The HTSSHP could be started up successfully at the inclination angles of 0°,15°,30° and 45°.In addition,the inclination angle had different effects on flat heat pipe section and cylindrical heat pipe section of HTSSHP.The best inclination angle for the flat heat pipe section was 0°,and 15° for cylindrical heat pipe section.The feasibility of operating HTSSHP under solar conditions was proven and the advantages of its special structure was confirmed.
