      稻秆富氧燃烧特性的热分析-傅里叶红外光谱试验研究

      Oxygen enriched combustion characteristics of rice straw by using thermal gravimetric and Fourier transform infrared analysis

      摘要:
      利用热分析仪(TGA)和傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)对生物质能稻秆富氧燃烧过程和燃烧产物进行分析,研究不同O2浓度对燃烧过程的影响.结果表明:稻秆的富氧燃烧过程大致分为释水、挥发分的析出与着火、焦炭的燃烧等阶段.在O2-CO2气氛下,随着O2浓度的增加,焦炭的燃烧会在更低的温度下进行,燃烧特性参数会变好,但其燃烧特性与O2-N2气氛下相比会变差.燃烧后释放气体的主要成分是CO、CO2和H2O;对残留固体的分析表明,O2浓度越高时,灰分中C元素的含量也越低,燃烧越充分.
      Abstract:
      The thermal gravimetric analyzer(TGA) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR) were applied to analyze the products of rice straw by oxygen enriched combustion process,and the influence of different oxygen concentration on the combustion process was investigated.Results showed that the oxygen enriched combustion process of rice straw underwent the following stages:moistrelease,decomposition and ignition of volatile matter and char combustion.In the atmosphere of O2-CO2,the char combustion shifted to lower temperatures and got faster complete combustion as the increasing of oxygen concentration,but the combustion characteristics became worse as compared with that in the atmosphere of O2-N2.The major gases released during combustion were CO,CO2 and H2O.The analysis of residues showed that the carbon content in ash would become lower and the combustion was more complete with the increasing of oxygen concentration.
