      发射药制造中的静电在线检测及消除

      Online Detecting and Elimination of Electrostatic Charge in Propellant Manufacturing Process

      摘要:
      为了保证发射药生产安全,在双基药中添加含量为0.1%~0.2%的石墨,可使干燥结束时静电电位降低到600 V左右;而采取增湿措施后,干燥结束时发射药静电电位降低约70%.采用静电在线检测与控制系统,能够检测准确、响应及时,实现发射药生产过程中静电实时消除.
      Abstract:
      To ensure the safety of propellant production, with the addition of 0.1%~0.2% of graphite, the electrostatic potential values of double-base propellant after the drying process are reduced to 600 V;while the electrostatic values of propellant electro are reduced by about 70% after taking the humidifying measures.With accurate detecting and punctual response, the electrostatic charge online detecting and control system can achieve in-time elimination of electrostatic charge during propellant manufacturing process.
