      冲击载荷下分段式弹动态响应特性的数值模拟

      Numerical Study on Sectional Projectile's Response Characteristics Under Impact Loading

      摘要:
      侵彻过程中,弹体的结构冲击响应对过载信号的精确分析产生了干扰.基于ABAQUS软件对利用霍普金森压杆改造的装置为分段式长杆弹提供加速度激励的过程进行数值模拟研究,分析打击杆在不同加载速度下撞击分段式长杆弹可获得的速度、弹体内外部不同部位的加速度时程曲线及弹体内部应变时程曲线等,可为弹体侵彻的实验研究及过载特性的分析提供参考.
      Abstract:
      To control the penetration depth precisely, the shock response of projectile structure must be studied.This paper put forward a new type projectile, which is sectional, as the research target.The sectional projectile's response characteristics under impact loading had been analyzed by numerical simulations based on ABAQUS software.The velocity obtained by projectile under different impact loads, and the strain and acceleration of projectile at different locations, had been studied.The shock response characteristics of projectile structure had been find, which can provide reference to experimental investigations and to understand the overload characteristics.
