      滨海沙地4种相思不同叶龄春季叶绿素荧光参数日动态

      Diurnal Changes of Chlorophyll Fluorescence Parameters of Different Leaf Ages of Four Acacia Species in Southeast Coastal Area in Spring

      以滨海沙地上纹荚相思(Acacia aulacocarpa)、厚荚相思(A.crassicarpa)、肯氏相思(A.cunninghamia)和卷荚相思(A.cincinnata)为试验对象,在春季测定自然条件下4种相思叶绿素荧光参数,以探究相思树种对沿海沙地气候环境的适应性.结果表明,4种相思当年生幼叶、1~2年生成熟叶的初始荧光(F.)和最大荧光(Fm)日变化规律均不同,卷荚相思幼叶、成熟叶F.值在1d内的变化均表现为单峰型,且峰值出现在12:00;厚荚相思幼叶、成熟叶F.值在1d内的变化均表现为双峰型;肯氏相思、厚荚相思幼叶和成熟叶的Fm值在1d内变化均表现为双峰型;纹荚相思、卷荚相思幼叶Fm值在1d内的变化趋势表现为单峰型,卷荚相思成熟叶则表现为单调递增的趋势;4种相思叶片PSⅡ最大光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/F.)的日变化规律总体呈先减后增的趋势,且均于12:00时达到最低值,其中纹荚相思最低.成熟叶的Fv/Fm、Fv/F.值较幼叶更为稳定.研究结果表明,在春季厚荚相思和卷荚相思更能适应沿海沙地的环境,肯氏相思和纹荚相思则适应能力相对稍差.
      Abstract:
      In order to explore the adaptability of Acacia tree species to the climate and environment in coastal sandy land of Fujian Province,four Acacia species were used as research objects,namely A.aulacocarpa,A.crassicarpa,A.cunningharnia and A.cincinnata.The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in young leaves and mature leaves under natural conditions in spring were measured.The results showed that the initial fluorescence (Fo) and the maximal fluorescence (Fm) diurnal variations of the young and 1-to 2-year-old mature leaves were different.The Fo in young leaves and 1-to 2-years-old mature leaves of A.cincinnata showed a single peak within a day,and the maxima appeared at 12:00.The diurnal changes of Fo value of the young and mature leaves of A.crassicarpa all showed double peak curves,so did the fm of A.cunninghamia and A.crassicarpa.The diurnal variation of the maximum energy conversion efficiency (Fv/Fm) of PSⅡ and the potential activity (Fv/Fo) of PS Ⅱ showed a trend that first decreased and then increased in four Acacia species,and their lowest values appeared at 12:00,among which the A.aulacocarpa was the lowest.The Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo values of mature leaves were more stable than those of young leaves.The results showed that,in spring,A,crassicarpa and A.cincinnata could better adapt to the environment of coastal sandy land,and the adaptability of A.cunninghamia and A.aulacocarpa were slightly worse.
