      轻型木结构墙体结构的传热特性测试与分析

      Testing and Analysis of Heat-transfer Characteristics of the Walls with Light Wood Frames

      摘要:
      为提高轻型木结构房屋围护结构的热工性能,基于稳态传热原理,采用Netzsch HFM436型热流法导热分析仪对轻型木结构墙体各组成单元及4种墙体结构试件的导热系数进行了测试.同时根据理论得到了多层平壁和组合壁导热系数计算值,并与墙体试件导热系数测定值进行了比较,进一步分析了轻型木结构墙体主体的保温性能.结果表明,4种墙体试件因其密度分布不均导致导热系数差异较大,组成轻型木结构墙体的各单元导热系数大小顺序为:石膏板>SPF(实体木材)>OSB>保温棉,且4种墙体试件的传热系数大小顺序为:(4)<(2)<(1)=(3);4种轻型木结构墙体试件的热阻测定平均值为1.760 731 m2·K·W-1,其对应的传热系数是的平均值为0.567 946W·m-2·K-1,可对上述墙体结构进行改进以满足严寒地区的保温要求;轻型木结构墙体试件导热系数的理论计算值与实测值基本吻合,尽管测定结果存在有较小误差,但在工程实践中,仍然可以通过各层材料的热阻对墙体的热阻进行计算.
      Abstract:
      Thermal performance of light wood frame structure buildings' exterior-protected construction has been one concern.Based on the principle of steady heat transfer,this work carried out the study on thermal conductivity for the light wood structure wall components and testing specimens of four wall structures by heat flux method.And this work measured the thermal conductivity of wall specimens in comparison to theoretical calculation value of thermal conductivity of multilayer walls and composite wall with estimated values of thermal conductivity of wall components.Based on the study above,thermal insulation performance of this light wood structure wall was further analyzed.And the results showed that four wall structure speciemns had largely differnet thermal conductivity owing to differnt densities.And the thermal conductivity of materials comprsing of the wall in order of magnitude was as follows:plasterboard >SPF (solid wood) >OSB> heat insulation cotton,and the order of thermal conductivity of four wall structure samples was as follows:(4)< (2)< (1)=(3).The average mearsured heat resistance of four wall structure samples was 1.760 731 m2 · K · W-1,and the corresponding heat transfer cocfficient (K) was 0.567 946 W · m2 ·K 1.However,the wall structure can be impvoved to meet the requirements of heat isolation in severe cold area.The theoretical calculation value of thermal conductivity agreed basically with the measured values.Although there existed minor deviations,the calculation was still used in the engineering application.Finanlly,the further study direction was discussed.
