      实时电价下电动汽车一次调频控制

      Electricity price-based control for EVs' participation in primary frequency regulation

      摘要:
      提出考虑电价约束的电动汽车参与电网一次频率调节的分散控制策略.电动汽车V2G控制器实现电池计划充电控制和频率下垂控制,即根据用户充电需求和电池荷电状态,实时修正计划充电功率,完成用户充电需求;结合实时电价设计充/放电下垂,根据频率偏差,实现频率下垂控制.最后,两区域互联电网模型的仿真结果验证了所提出控制策略的有效性.
      Abstract:
      A decentralized control is proposed for electric vehicles (EVs) to take part in the primary frequency regulation of interconnected power systems based on the electricity price.The EV vehicle to grid controller realize planning charging of batteries and frequency droop control.According to the charging demands of EV users and the battery state of charge level,the scheduled charging power of EVs is corrected in real time to achieve the charging demands of EVs users.At the same time,according the frequency deviation design charge/discharge droop implements the frequency droop control.Finally,the simulations on a two-area interconnected power system demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed control.
