      水下航行体测试设备模糊FMECA分析与应用

      Design and implementation of measurement and control system for an underwater vehicle

      摘要:
      测试设备是某水下航行体重要的地面保障设备之一,只有经调试检查合格的水下航行体才能够执行实航试验.为增强测试设备的系统可靠性水平,提高水下航行体的准备效率,在测试设备的设计阶段采用FMEA方法,对主要的故障模式、原因、影响和严酷度等进行了分析;同时采用层次分析方法和加权平均模型进行危害性综合评判,找出了潜在的设计缺陷和薄弱环节,并在设计中逐一得到了改进和优化.实际运行情况表明,测试设备的平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)大于800小时,虚警率小于2%,证明提出的模糊FMECA方法,在提高测试设备系统可靠性的工作中是切实可用的,能够为设计和改进提供有力的理论支撑.
      Abstract:
      The measurement equipment is an important ground handling equipment for an underwater vehicle,the underwater vehicle can be real cruising test only after commissioning debugging and inspection of qualified.In order to enhance the system reliability of the measurement equipment,improve the preparation efficiency of the underwater vehicle,the FMEA method is used to analyzes the major default models,reasons,effects and severe degree in the measurement equipment design phase,meanwhile the potential design flaws and weak links are found out by comprehensive evaluation of criticality with weighted average model and analytic hierarchy process,get improved and optimized one by one in the design.The actual operation shows that the MTBF of measurement equipment is more than 800 hours,the false alarm rate is less than 2%,to prove that the FMECA method,is practical and available to enhance the reliability of the product,to provide strong theoretical support for design and improvement.
