      地下水中四氯多酚污染治理研究

      Study on Pollution Control of Four Choroine Polyphenols in Groundwater

      为研究包气带中的污染下渗对地下水质的影响,选取污染场地的土壤做成试验土柱,并模拟研究四氯多酚在包气带中的垂直方向的迁移变化规律.研究结果表明:由于渗透作用,四氯多酚的浓度在包气带底部是最大的;温度对微生物降解有影响,其中当温度在18℃时,其降解效果最好,最高的降解率为38.14%;当四氯多酚的质量浓度为42.8μg/L时,生物降解的能力最强;当麦芽糖质量浓度为12 g/L时,生物降解的能力最强,稳定后的降解率为36.41%.使用该土柱实验专利装置,对四氯多酚的处理效果较佳.
      Abstract:
      In order to study the influence of pollution infiltration in the vadose zone to the quality of groundwater,the soil in the contaminated site was selected to be the experimental soil column,and the mi-gration regularity of tetrachloropolyphenols in the vertical zone was simulated.The results showed that the maximum concentration of tetrachloropolyphenols was at the bottom of the vadose zone due to osmosis. Temperature had an effect on the degradation of microorganisms.When the temperature was 1 8 ℃,the degradation rate was 38.14%.When the concentration of tetrachloropolyphenols was 42.8μg/L,the biode-gradability was the strongest.When the concentration of maltose was 1 2 g/L,the biodegradation was the strongest,and the degradation rate was 36.41% after stabilization.Using the soil column experimental pa-tent device,the treatment effect of tetrachloropolyphenols is better.
