      城市绿地植物海桐叶片蛋白质含量的变化

      Change of Leaf Protein Content of City Green Space Plant Pittosporum tobira

      为探讨城市绿地常绿植物海桐(Pittosporum tobira )在徐州自然温度变化下的生理反应,以海桐叶片为试验材料,研究了同一枝条不同部位叶片在生长季节和一天中可溶性蛋白质含量的变化.结果表明:栽培于徐州的海桐枝条顶端叶片,可溶性蛋白质在生长季节含量最高可达3535.46μg/g,而下部2年生叶片最低可至126.36μg/g;同一天不同时间段,枝条顶端、枝条中部当年生叶片及枝条下部2年生叶片可溶性蛋白质的含量变化差异显著.因此,在经营管理中要注意叶片年龄和位置,采取相应的技术措施.
      Abstract:
      The city green space evergreen plant Pittosporumtobira was used to study the change of leaf in different positions of the same branches under a natural temperature change in Xuzhou.The results showed that the soluble protein content of 1 year leaf at the top of branches can reach the highest value 3535.46μg/g,while the lower two year's leaves can reach the minimum value 126.36μg/g in the natural temperature change in Xuzhou.The difference of soluble protein content of leaves in the middle,lower branches and on the top of branches are significantly at different period of time in a day.Therefore,the corresponding technical measures should be taken according to the age and position of the leaves.
