      逆反射亮度系数校准装置研制及测量误差影响因素分析

      Development of Calibration Equipment for Retroreflective Luminance Coefficient and Analysis of Influencing Factors of Measurement Error

      摘要:
      校准装置采用DSP为主控芯片,结合高精密传动机械结构的角度控制系统,选用分光辐射亮度计实现逆反射亮度系数的测量。相比于传统使用弱光照度计的发光强度法,其具有测量精度高、对实验暗室杂散光环境要求低、测量距离要求短,高准确度分光测色能力等优点,且自动化水平高,操作简单、测量误差影响因素少、易处理等特点。
      Abstract:
      The retroreflection coefficient brightness calibration device adopts DSP as the main control chip,combining the perspective of high precision mechanical transmission structure control system and spectral radiation luminance meter to measure retroreflection coefficient.Compared to traditional weak light of the luminous intensity method,it has such advantages as high measurement precision,low demands to the stray light environment of laboratory darkroom,short measuring distance and high accuracy of spectral color measurement capability.In addition,it also characterized by high automation level,simple operation, less measurement error factors and easy processing.
