      时栅位移传感器远程数据采集系统研究

      Study on Remote Data Acquisition System Used in Time-Grating Displacement Sensor

      摘要:
      针对传统时栅位移传感器数据传输单一、效率低、实时性差的问题,设计一种基于ARM15+4G的时栅位移传感器的远程数据采集系统,实现时栅位移传感器远距离在线故障检测和数据采集.以ARM15处理器为主控芯片,Linux嵌入式操作系统作为采集系统的软件平台,采用TCP/IP协议对4G模块进行PPP拨号联网,通过4G通信模块ME906E将数据打包上传到终端服务器,可以利用手机AP P或者P C机对时栅位移传感器进行故障检测和数据在线分析、处理、显示.经过试验,整个系统工作稳定,实时性较好,提供了一种无线远程数据采集传输的方案.
      Abstract:
      For the problem that the time-grating displacement sensors have single data transmission ,low efficiency ,poor real-time ability,a remote data acquisition system based on ARM 15+4G for time grating displacement sensor was designed .The system could achieve the long-distance detection and data acquisition .This control system used ARM 15 processor as main control chip , the embedded Linux operating system was used for the platform ,which used TCP/IP protocol Point to Point Protocol (PPP) dial of 4G module to connect to the Internet .The packed data was uploaded to the server by ME 906E communication module .It can be used to fault detect and collect data on line analysis ,processing and display by the mobile phone application (APP) or personal computer environment when the data was transmitted to the terminal server .The entire system is stable,and good real-time.This paper provides a solution of wireless remote data acquisition and transmission .
