      满堂支架无线监测力传感器研制及系统设计

      Development of Force Sensor and System Design for Wireless Monitoring of Full Support

      摘要:
      针对满堂支架安全监测需求,基于ZigBee技术设计了可重复使用的套筒式力传感器和倾角传感器,构建了满堂支架无线监测系统.该系统通过套筒式力传感器和倾角传感器的分布布置获取满堂支架立杆的压力和倾角数据,并利用GPRS技术传输至上位机.设计的套筒式力传感器可代替传统的应变片来获取支架立杆的压力数据,节约时间与成本;同时,设计的倾角传感器可监测支架立杆倾角的动态变化数据.实验表明,该系统能够对满堂支架进行在线监测,具有重要的工程实用价值.
      Abstract:
      According to the demand of monitoring the safety of full support ,the reusable sleeve type force sensor and inclina-tion sensor based on ZigBee technology was optimized and designed ,and the wireless monitoring system for full support was con-structed.Pressure and angle data of vertical bars of full support by distributing the sleeve type force sensors and inclination sensors was obtained ,then the data to the host computer by using of GPRS technology was obtained .The designed sleeve type force sensor of the system can replace the traditional strain gauge to obtain pressure data of stand bar ,saving time and cost.Besides,the de-signed inclination sensor of the system can monitor the dynamic change of the inclination angle of stand bar .Experiment shows that the system can monitor full support online and has important practical value for engineering .
