      钢丝热处理Web监控系统设计

      Design of Web Monitoring System of Steel Wire Heat Treatment

      摘要:
      为了实现钢丝热处理多用户在线远程监控,提出一种Web监控系统.现场通过PLC实现设备的控制和数据的采集,监控系统通过搭建嵌入式Linux开发环境,分别完成S3C2440与PLC的MOD-BUS通信、与远程计算机的Wifi通信,利用嵌入式Web服务器和嵌入式数据库将PLC采集的数据实现Web发布与存储,从而实现现场设备和数据的Web监控.同时利用基于RC6的数据加密技术和Linux的多线程机制提高系统的安全性和实时性.用户在客户端无须安装组态软件,通过浏览器就能实现多条钢丝生产线的远程监控.实践证明:该系统工作稳定可靠,可以满足Web监控的需求.
      Abstract:
      In order to realize remote monitoring of steel wire heat treatment online for multi-user,a Web monitoring system was proposed in this paper .A PLC was used to control equipments and acquisite data in steel wire production line .Through build-ing embedded Linux development environment ,MODBUS communication between S 3C2440 and PLC and Wifi communication be-tween S3C2440 and remote computer were accomplished .Embedded web server and embedded database were used to realize web publishing and storage of data collected by PLC ,thereby,field devices and data can be monitored through Web browser .Also,data encryption technology based on RC 6 and Linux multithreaded technology were adopted to improve safety and real-time.Users,not required to install configuration software ,were able to monitor through browser remotely .Actual operation proves that this system has advantages of stability ,flexible structure ,and fully meets the requirements of Web monitoring .
