      基于Modbus/TCP及FINS/TCP协议的数据采集与通讯系统设计

      Data Acquisition and Communication System Design Based on Modbus/TCP and FINS/TCP Protocol

      针对棉麻纤维纱线晶变改性系统现场不同协议设备通讯协议不兼容的问题,设计了数据采集与通讯系统.系统以上位机、PLC CJ2M-CPU32和6块数据采集与控制模块ADAM-6017为硬件核心,采用单客户机、多服务器架构.上位机首先基于Modbus/TCP协议读取6块ADAM-6017中的数据进行缓存,整理合并,后基于FINS/TCP协议向PLC集中发送数据.现场数据采集与通讯过程通过在上位机VB环境下编程实现.经现场运行,该系统稳定可靠,满足了设计要求.
      Abstract:
      For the problem that the different protocol equipment communication protocol are incompatible in the cotton and linen fiber yarn crystal change modification system ,a data acquisition and communication system was designed .The system takes epistatic machine,PLC CJ2M-CPU32 and 6 pieces of data acquisition and control module ADAM-6017 as hardware core,uses a single client ,and multi-server architecture .Epistatic machine reads and caches 6 pieces of ADAM-6017 data based on Modbus/TCP protocol firstly,after date sorting and merging ,then sends data to the PLC intensively based on FINS/TCP protocol.The process of data acquisition and communication is realized under VB environment in the epistatic machine .The system is stable and reliable in actual using process ,and meets the design requirements .
