      多通道振动信号同步采集系统设计与应用

      Multi-channel Vibration Signal Synchronous Acquisition System Design and Application

      摘要:
      为了解决智慧车间设备运转过程中振动信号采集及分析的问题,以LabVIEW为上层软件的开发平台,利用信号处理技术,研发了基于TCP/IP协议的多通道振动信号同步采集系统,并通过实验验证了系统的可行性.实验结果表明,该系统能快速有效地对数据进行接收、处理以及分析,操作简单,功能齐全,成本较低,对设备进一步进行故障诊断、事故预防和提高生产经济效益具有重要意义.
      Abstract:
      In order to solve the problems of equipment vibration signal acquisition and analysis in the process of operation in wisdom workshop .taking the LabVIEW software as development platform , through signal processing technology , a set of system of multichannel parallel vibration signal acquisition based on the TCP /IP protocol was developed .The feasibility of the system was verified.The results show the system can quickly and efficiently acquire , process and analyze data, the operation is simple, the function is all ready , the cost is low .It is significant for the equipment fault diagnosis , accident prevention , and further im-proving production economic benefits .
