      基于LabVIEW的高精度多通道温度测量系统

      Multi-channel Temperature Measurement System of High-precision Based on LabVIEW

      摘要:
      针对现代工业多点温度测量的需求,设计了一款基于LabVIEW的多通道温度测量系统,能够同时实现6通道的温度采集、显示、绘图、状态监测及数据保存.为提高系统测量精度,以各传感器与精密温度计的实测值作为多项式拟合的数据源,运用最小二乘法对传感器进行标定,测量误差显著降低.测试结果表明:系统运行稳定可靠,各通道最大测量误差不超过±0.05℃.
      Abstract:
      Aiming at demands of multi-point temperature measurement in the modern industrial ,designing a multi-channel temperature measurement system based on LabVIEW ,which can realize the functions of temperature collection ,displaying,draw-ing,condition monitoring and data storage with six channels at the same time .To improve the system measurement accuracy ,with measured values of sensors and precision thermometer as the data sources of polynomial fitting ,using the least square method to calibrate the sensors ,and then the measurement errors reduced significantly .Tests show that the system runs stable and reliable , and the maximum measurement error of all channels no more than ±0.05℃.
