      基于LabVIEW的电磁式振动台试验系统

      Electromagnetic Vibration Table Test System Based on LabVIEW

      摘要:
      针对目前电磁式振动台试验系统振动输出控制精度低的问题,设计了基于LabVIEW的电磁式振动台试验系统.在对系统进行结构分析与硬件设计的基础上,进行了相应的软件设计,系统软件在LabVIEW环境下进行开发,为提高振动试验精度,在振动试验中引入闭环控制的思想,针对正弦振动和随机振动2种试验模式分别采取PID算法和随机振动功率谱复现迭代算法作为其控制方法.实际振动试验测试结果表明,所设计的振动台系统实现了对正弦振动和随机振动输出的有效控制.
      Abstract:
      According to the problem that the test accuracy of current electromagnetic vibration table test system was minimal , an electromagnetic vibration table test system based on LabVIEW was designed in this paper .On the basis of analysis of system structure and hardware design , the corresponding software was developed .The system software was developed in LabVIEW envi-ronment.In order to increase the precision of the vibration test , the idea of closed loop control was introduced in the vibration test.Aimed at two test patterns:the sine-vibration and the random vibration , the system respectively adopted the PID algorithm and the replicate iterative algorithm for power spectral density of random vibration as its control method .The testing results of the actual vibration test show that the designed vibration table system can achieve the effective control of the output of the sine -vibra-tion and the random vibration .
