      基于LabVIEW与BP神经网络的零件识别系统

      Recognition System of Parts Based on LabVIEW and BP Neural Network

      摘要:
      文中介绍了利用LabVIEW编程语言和BP神经网络设计的零件识别系统.通过LabVIEW软件进行零件图像的采集和处理,然后提取Hu不变矩作为零件形状特征,利用MATLAB神经网络工具箱设计神经网络程序并进行训练,通过训练好的神经网络识别零件的类别.通过实例验证,所设计的系统具有良好的识别效果,能够满足实际应用的要求.
      Abstract:
      A recognition system of parts designed by LabVIEW program and BP neural network is introduced .The system ac-quired and processed the images of parts by using LabVIEW software ,then extacting Hu invariant moments as the shape features of the parts.The neural network toolbox of MATLAB was used to design and train the program of neural network ,and identify the category of parts was carried on through trained neural network .Experiment results indicate that the system gets good recognition effect and can satisfy practical application requirements .
