随着人类科学技术的进步,各种热电材料不断被开发利用.Bi2 Te3作为室温条件下性能最好的热电材料,多年来一直是热电领域的研究热点.本文将在简要介绍热电材料研究背景的基础上,概述Bi2 Te3材料的结构和性质,综述Bi2 Te3基热电材料的最新研究进展以及提高其热电性能的研究方法,主要包括提高载流子迁移率、增大材料Seebeck系数以提高功率因子,增加不同波长声子散射以降低晶格热导率两方面.最后对Bi2 Te3基材料目前的研究热点以及未来可能的重点研究方向做简单讨论,同时展望了Bi2 Te3基热电材料未来的发展趋势.
At present, various thermoelectric materials have been developed and utilized. Due to the desirable thermoelectric material at room temperature, Bi2 Te3 has been a focus in the field of thermoelectric materials for decades. In this paper, the structure and properties of Bi2 Te3 materials are outlined by introducting briefly thermoelectric materials. The latest progress of Bi2Te3-based thermoelectric materials and the methods to improve their properties are reviewed.The main routes are adopted, one being the increase in the carrier mobility or the Seebeck coefficient to improve the power factor, and the other the increase in the phonon scattering at different wavelengths to reduce the lattice thermal conductivity. In addition, the prevailing topic of Bi2 Te3 based materials and the future development trend of Bi2 Te3 based thermoelectric materials are presented.
