      谈听障儿童康复评估

      Talk about the Evaluation of Rehabilitation for Hearing-Impaired Children

      摘要:
      目的:科学地评估听障儿童的听觉能力,语言能力的实际水平,发现存在的问题,及时调整训练内容及训练方向,促使康复训练实现预定的目标。早日实现听障儿童回归主流,平等参与。方法客观性与目的性相结合,整体性与部分性相结合,定性分析与定量分析相结合,静态分析与动态分析相结合。采用模糊综合评判,建立数学模型。结果量化指标能使评估精准,既能鉴别听障儿童当前的听觉语言状态,又能发现其内在潜力和发展趋势,能有的放矢地制定康复训练计划。讨论将模糊数学和数学模型引进听障儿童康复领域,能使康复训练科学化,能在最短的时间内达到最佳的康复效果,能使康复评估避免人为因素造成的偏差,提高评估的信度和效度。希望同行能将对策论、概率论、随机过程、随机微分方程等引进听障儿童康复领域,力争我国听障儿童康复在世界康复之林中能占一席之地。
      Abstract:
      Objective To scientifically evaluate the deaf children's hearing ability, language ability and the actual level of found problems, timely adjust training contents and training, prompting rehabilitation training to achieve predetermined goals. Return to the mainstream of early realization of hearing-impaired children, equal participation. Methods The combination of objectivity and purpose, the integration of the whole and the part, the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, static analysis and dynamic analysis. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the establishment of mathematical model. Results Quantitative indicators can make a precise assessment, identification of hearing-impaired children the auditory language and found the inherent potential and development trend, can have a definite object in view to develop a rehabilitation training program. Conclusion The fuzzy mathematics and mathematical model is introduced to rehabilitation for hearing-impaired children in the field, can make scientific rehabilitation training, can achieve the best rehabilitation effect in the shortest time, the rehabilitation assessment to avoid the deviation caused by human factors, improve the reliability and validity of the assessment. Hope that the peer can will of game theory and probability theory, stochastic process, stochastic differential equation introduced rehabilitation for hearing-impaired children in the field, and strive to China Rehabilitation for hearing-impaired children in the forest of world rehabilitation can occupy a space for one person.
