應用SEM、EDX、XPS等分析技術研究了耐指紋板SECCN2表面黑變膜的形貌、組成和結構,并對黑變成因及機理進行了討論。結果表明,黑變膜厚度約為75 nm,它 是 由ZnO1-x、ZnO、Zn(OH)2、Cr2O3、CrOOH、CrO3和SiO2等物質組成;膜表層的鋅是以ZnO形態存在,而膜內層的鋅則以非化學計量化合物ZnO1-x形態存在。黑變是有機膜下鋅的陽極活化溶解和有機膜產生的光的干涉作用所致。
Abstract:
The morphology, composition and structure of black tarnished film on the surface of organic composite coated steel sheet with anti-fingerprinted property SECCN2 were investigated by means of SEM, EDX and XPS, and the formation and mechanisms of black tarnished film were also discussed. The experimental results showed that the black tarnished film is about 75 nm, and is composed by ZnO1-x, ZnO, Zn(OH)2, Cr2O3, CrOOH, CrO3 and SiO2. Zinc is existed as ZnO in surface layer and as non-stoichimetric compound ZnO1-x in inner layer of the black tarnished film. The black tarnish film occurs on the surface of SECCN2 and is caused by anodic activated dissolution of zinc under organic composite film and the effect of light interference.
