睫状体破坏物理疗法治疗难治性青光眼的研究进展

Research development about physical treatment of advanced glaucoma by destroying ciliary body

睫状体破坏疗法在某些难治性青光眼中,为降低眼内压、减轻患者眼睛疼痛、保存残存视功能和提高生活质量起着重要的作用.就国内外几种物理疗法破坏睫状体的临床研究进展作了简要的回顾,简述了冷冻术,高强度聚焦超声术及激光术各自的特点,着重介绍了接触式半导体二极管激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术的特点.
