凝血酶激活的纤溶抑制物与糖尿病关系的研究进展

凝血酶激活的纤溶抑制物(thrombin-activatable fibrinolysis inhibitor, TAFI)是近年被证实的一种新的纤维蛋白溶解抑制剂.它的发现是对经典的凝血及纤维调控途径的重要补充,从而成为医学界的研究热点之一.已有学者开始对TAFI与血液、心血管、内分泌等系统疾病的关系开展了研究.本文就TAFI的生物学特性、在纤溶中的作用及其与糖尿病关系的研究进展作一综述.
