The nutritive peculiarity of digestion resistant protein of buckwheat

- 介紹了一種抗消化蛋白——蕎麥蛋白的營養特性以及生理功能研究進展。“抗消化蛋白”是最近提出的一個新概念,類似于抗消化淀粉,最近研究表明蕎麥蛋白具有類似膳食纖維的功效,還具有獨特的促進機體肌肉增長以及降低體脂效果。

- The nutritional characteristics and recent progress on the physiological functions of Buckwheat protein,a resistant protein,were introduced.“ Resistant progress” is a new concept proposed recently,which simulates that of resistant starch Recent researches have showed that buckwheat protein has same functions as the dietary fiber, and more, it has its own special functions like the growth of muscles and reducing the body fat.
