核转录因子-kappa B与黄斑前膜

Nuclear factor-kappa B and epimacular membranes

核转录因子-kappa B(NF-κB)在多种生理和病理情况下有重要的作用,是近年来研究的热点.NF-κB与细胞增生关系密切,而黄斑前膜是黄斑及其附近视网膜内表面增生形成的纤维细胞膜,发病机制不十分清楚.研究并揭示核转录因子与黄斑前膜的关系,将为预防黄斑前膜的发生提供有价值的理论基础.就NF-κB与黄斑前膜的关系做一综述.
