抗血管内皮细胞抗体与系统性红斑狼疮及白塞病

自20世纪80年代末发现抗血管内皮细胞抗体(AECA)与血管炎有关以来,人们已经认识到AECA可能是血管炎的病因之一,它存在特定抗原的抗原谱,参与多种血管炎性疾病的发生.但其发病机制尚不清楚.弄清AECA的发病机制,对指导临床诊断和治疗具有重要意义.
