特早熟胚培杏雌雄蕊發育的研究

A Study of Pistil and Stamen Development of Earliest Embryo-cultured Apricot

研究了山東省果樹研究所新育成的特早熟胚培杏11個優系雌雄蕊的發育。雄蕊檢測包括花藥大小，單花藥花粉量，花粉粒形狀、大小和生活力。雌蕊劃分為雌高型、等高型、雌低型、雌退型4類。研究各優系花型特點及其與坐果的關系，并對特早熟胚培杏雌雄蕊發育及花粉量測定方法進行了分析討論。

Abstract：

Development of pistil and stamen of 11 earliest embry o-cultured apricot selections was studied，these selections were selected by Sh andong Institute of Pomology.Stamens included size of anther，pollen number of p er anther，size，shape and viability of pollen grain.Pistils were divided into 4 types：pistil higher stamen，pistil equal to stamen，pistil lower stamen，pisti l degeneration.Relationship between characteristic of flower types of every sele ction and fruit setting was studied.Development of pistil and stamen of earliest embryo-cultured apricot and method of counting pollen number were analysiz ed and discussed.
