奶牛血清蛋白多态性及代谢物与生产性能关系的研究

Study on Relationships Between Serum Protein Polymorphism, Blood Metabolites and Production Performance in Beijing Holstein Calves

根据系谱指数(PI:Pedigree Index),将219头3~6月龄荷斯坦犊牛分成两组.81头犊牛(10头公牛后代)是具有高系谱指数的后代(PI平均值为590),138头犊牛(10头公牛后代)是具有低系谱指数的后代(PI平均值为337).全部试验牛在禁食34~36h后采血,检测血液运铁蛋白(Tf)基因型、酶和代谢物浓度在两组间的差异,发现运铁蛋白各基因型间系谱指数有明显差异,DD型显著高于AD型、AD型显著高于AA型;测定血液中总蛋白(TP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、肌酸酐(CRE)的含量,其结果在PI高低组间没有显著差异(P>0.05),但游离脂肪酸(FFA)、尿素氮(BUN)的浓度在高低组间有较大差异,在禁食后FFA浓度在高乳用价值公牛后代高于低乳用价值公牛的后代,BUN则相反,而且FFA和BUN含量在高低组间差异达到极高和高度显著水平(P<0.001和P<0.01),其遗传力较高,与PI的遗传相关也较高,这一结果表明犊牛在代谢应激期间血液中代谢物浓度的变异与其乳用性能的遗传优势有关,FFA和BUN两项指标已具备了作为遗传标记的条件,可应用于对公母牛产奶性能的选择.
