肺栓塞心电图鉴别诊断及研究进展

Progress and differential diagnosis in electrocardiographic manifestations of pulmonary embolism

1819年,Laennec报告了首例肺动脉栓塞(PE),指出本病源于深静脉血栓.1935年,McGinn和White首先报道了PE的心电图所见,并发现急性肺源性心脏病经典的SⅠ QⅢTⅢ图形(SⅠ,第Ⅰ导联S波变深;QⅢ,第Ⅲ导联出现Q/q波;TⅢ,第Ⅲ导联T波倒置),但之后对PE的研究进展缓慢[1].
