Impaired glucose regulation

一、概述糖尿病的发病是一个慢性的、逐渐演变的过程.在遗传基础上,环境因素作用的累积、年龄的增长导致血糖水平的逐渐升高和葡萄糖耐量的缓慢减低.为了反映这一发病过程,世界卫生组织(WHO)曾在1965年根据Fanjans的提议,将糖尿病分成四个类型:糖尿病倾向、隐性糖尿病、无症状糖尿病、显性糖尿病,这时已经认识到,在血糖(包括负荷后血糖)完全正常和糖尿病之间存在一个过渡阶段.
